Office Manager

Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to manage all activities of the Founder’s Office and the front desk and to ensure proper function of the Founder’s Office. This position will Manage, organize and coordinate all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running and function of the Founder’s Office and to ensure work is being executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.

 Also, manage the Festival requirements of Office of the Founder’s including, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the guest relations and their logistics arrangements during the Festival.
  • Manage the timely dispatch of Press Conference / Festival Invitations to Sheikhs, Sheikhas & VIP guests
  • Manage the arrangement of bookings for the Festival guests through the Events Department  

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A Minimum of Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Knowledge and orientation in culture preferred. 
  • A minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in an Arts/Culture/MNC/ Public / Private sector organization. 

Skills & Abilities:

-      Should be excellent in Arabic written communication 

-      Multi-tasking ability

-      Able to work under pressure

-   Exceptional Organizational & Communication Skills

Admin. Assistant
Salary (+ benefits) upon application

Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin. Assistant to provide administrative support in all required areas as directed by the Office Manager and the Founder. This position will undertake Arabic dictation, prepare letters, reports, presentations and official correspondences as per instruction of the Office Manager & the Founder. Coordinate communication between the Founder and VIPs, dignitaries and Royal Protocol. Prepare the Founder’s incoming and outgoing mail posts are handled promptly (including cover letter, envelopes, dispatch and delivery process). Undertake filing, Log & Archive Incoming/ outgoing correspondence.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • A Minimum of Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Knowledge and orientation in culture preferred. 
  • A minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience in an Arts/Culture/MNC/ Public / Private sector organization.

Sponsorship and Development Affairs
Salary (+ benefits) upon application

Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Arts Fundraising Professional to develop long-term partnership with current and potential sponsors, source new sponsors, and service new & existing sponsorship agreements. Manage private cash and in-kind fundraising in the form of appropriations, donors, grants and corporate sponsorships for the annual events/programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Preferably a Masters Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience in Arts Fundraising & Sponsorship in a public/private sector entity/foundation
