Launched in 2007, this biennial festival encourages children to unlock their hidden talent and expand the boundaries of artistic expression.

From the age-old characters of comic books through to the latest animated films, The International Cartoon Art & Comic Strip Festival (ICCSF) brings to life a unique and enduring art form. A diverse program of workshops, lectures, screenings, exhibition and special guest appearances enables children to go behind the scenes and come face to face with their favorite cartoons and comic strips. Through the ICCSF’s Young Talents Contest, talented young artists also get the chance to exhibit original stories and drawings.
